Has anyone heard of the Henley retirement benefit plan?

Timoran Capital are now dissolved and their number goes to some marketing company.
The insolvency service has wound up both Omni Trustees and Capital Oak for the mishandling of the pension fund. Also all of the Omni holding in Store First bar a small amount somewhere else in Store First; has gone missing. Where?, I have no idea; but it must have happened after the court ruling.0 -
UPDATE:
A very nice result. I received an email from The Insolvency Service, Omni Trustees and Capital Oak are in liquidation and The Official Receiver had told me the balance of my investment and are still investigating how the scheme was run etc. So I suggest that is what you do, give them your name and address and how much you invested and they will confirm and hopefully tell you the same as what they told me.0 -
Timoran Capital Trust appears to be defunct but the main or sole trustee is or was Tristram Michael Norriss. Information about him can be found by putting Tristram Norriss into Google.0

Another update
The insolvency service have passed on the pension problem to a pension rescue type company Dalreida or something like that, who are sorting it all out. After that, the Serious Fraud Office have asked me to fill in a form as to what dealings, paperwork etc I've received.
In the midst of this, I contacted FSCS but they can't help unless I find an IFA that was involved in the scheme. So it seems that this Ian dude that claims to be an IFA.....if someone has a surname. Mind you, for 100K and FSCS covers to 85K....might even be a wasted time pursuing.
As for that Mark Carter, his Linkedin account is defunct but there is conveniently another one within the same location as him working for someone else but a different history as to where he's worked before. Tristram Norris is in Hong Kong but has been noted as being very helpful. So I thought I'd look up a few other ex-workers of Omni, Capital oak and they too have defunct linkedin profiles but have new ones. But that Jackson Francis director needs to be in court, along with a few other people.
And they say that there is no such thing as an innocent millionaire.0 -

The limit is £50k for claims in respect of bad advice against a firm which has gone under. And if you have a valid claim it is only a waste of time pursuing if £50k is irrelevant to you.
But if you did not take advice from an FCA-regulated adviser or have any other claim against a regulated firm it is moot.0 -
Timoran Capital Trust, aka Timoran Capital SSAS, of which the sole or main trustee is Mr Tristram Michael Norriss, appears to be still in business and run from his home in Hong Kong. Further details can be found by putting Tristram Norriss into Google.0

Update on this for those of you that might not have been contacted.
There's compensation due to members.
The SFO are investigating.
Those that had money in store first think they can cash in on your money but the IS has the list of members.0
