Write back and say you cannot accept this as full and final settlement. Say that you will accept this without prejudice as a partial payment of the full amount owed and that you will continue with legal action if the rest is not paid.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. Atol numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0

You don't have to accept this as partial payment (it can be a bit complicated). I wrote back, returned the cheque, asked them if they'd pass on the correspondence to their legal department and stated that I had begun legal proceedings and would be pursuing the full amount through the courts. There's a template on the CAG site if you want the exact wording.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
