Can't watch movies on laptop

I would really appreciate any advice. I purchased the Lovefilm instants voucher during Amazon black Friday but have been unable to watch any movies on my laptop.

I have tried the following suggestions from Lovefilm but the problem is still there.

1) Check silverlight , i have uninstalled and re installed new version.
2)Check Silverlight Settings, done this, all enabled.
3)Attempt to watch in alternative browser, tried google and internet explorer.
4)Browser Reset, done.

None of the above worked including changing firewall settings.

5)Delete DRM Licences, didn't understand how to do this.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

The message i get with Blinkbox is, 'video player is not responding'. HTH.

Try this option

Delete mspr.hds file from c:\programdata\microsoft
Open windows media center and install playready
Create new Windows account with admin rights
Open up any browser, logon to Lovefilm and play something.
It should play first time.
Log Off
Log back into your usual account and play through Lovefilm again
Delete the temporary account
