Just a tip for next time in case Rightmove was the only place you looked.... Most rentals come on the market and get let without every appearing on Rightmove. For rentals you're much better off registering with all the local lettings agents and telling them what you're looking for. Around here at least, the only rentals that get to Rightmove are ones they can't let with their own initial marketing.0 -
No, I don't think they are legal stairs. Its not a legal conversion.
I've just found the epc online - thanks- it's F rated. We should have made a point to ask for it before we took the place but we weren't thinking strait with a newborn and the agent of the place we were living in pestering us for a moving out date because that landlord had sold up. It was such a stressful time.
