try reading this http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/149/59/0

Or try dowloading this:
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/3gp_converter.html
It works a treat & is really simple to use. Don't panic the first time you use it and see everything in Japanese - there's a menu at the bottom of the window to select English!0 -

If they are flash clips try http://www.softpedia.com/reviews/windows/Flash-Saving-Plugin-Review-48291.shtml then convert from flash to wmv or mp4 then convert the clip to 3gp using http://www.dvdtompegx.com/html/videoto3gp.html google for flash to wmv or avi converter0

Or if they're videos from You Tube (or one of a few other sites), you can either paste the URL at the website below, or download the Firefox plugin and click the relevant icon when you're on the webpage that contains the video:

i use super for coverting absolutely everything, brilliant program and totally free, you can adjust bitrate, cut audio, anything you want and it converts many more formats than anything ive used before.
if youre after converting from youtube i use keepvid to save it as .flv file then super to convert to avi/mpeg whatever format i want.Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0
