I think this is maybe aimed at children, i know my children would love it as they miss the Dandy. 
Though it doesn't specify it on the page so i will leave it up to you.
The answer is c) Cow Pie
First winner gets 5000 credits which is enough to enjoy the digital version of the dandy for a whole year. 3 runners up will win 1000 credits which is enough for 10 editions. I haven't posted the email address on the board because I'm sure they wouldn't want to get spammed.
