Airport parking price comparison website

Searching for airport parking prices for a relative I came across this site Simplyparking. There's also another one here.

Click on your departure airport and the dates you are travelling and the search engine will bring you a list of results with prices and direct booking links for 22 UK airports with on and off airport parking.

Hope it helps someone :)

I did search to see if this has already been posted but couldn't find anything on it - apologies if it has been posted before.

remember that airport parking isn't your only option - https://www.airportbytaxi.com gives real taxi quotes from your town to an airport

I used and worked out that all things considered it was cheaper to go by taxi (not to mention a lot nicer!)

I have just booked BCP Purple Parking (for Heathrow Airport) through lastminute.com as part of a holiday package. Does anyone know if the printout of my flight/hotel/carpark details off the e-mail is my ticket to enter the carpark? Or will they be sending me something in the post? lastminute.com don't make it easy for you to contact them - I won't be using them again.

For advance bookings at Bcp , you should receive a confirmation No. usually 5 or 6 letters and numbers.

I would imagine if lastminute didn't give you it verbally then they should post it to you .

  • MrBen,
IIRC, when you drive towards the entrance to the Purple Parking carpark for Heathrow your number plate will be read by the company's ANPR. By the time you reach the kiosk, the receptionist will greet you by name and have all your booking details on the screen infront of them. No need to worry.
...and then the window licker said to me...
