the way they track you is by your ip and and cookies so provided your are not on a fixed ip and clean out your cookies and this is not illegal.0

Its ip only. I just reset my router as i am on dynamic ip addressing0

Depends how much you're planning to download, but I found that the price for a month's membership (7 EUR) was very reasonable - and it meant I was able to download about 15 gigs of music from a music blog that I'd found.0
