Vouchers Promotion Terms and Conditions

Halifax (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our") is running a promotion (the "Promotion") on the Halifax Facebook page.
On 21 January 2013, every 100 minutes, commencing at 07:20 and closing at 23:59, entrants who like or have previously liked the Halifax Facebook page may enter any or all of the 10 prize draws, with the chance to win one prize of £100 worth of Love2Shop vouchers in each prize draw.
In addition commencing at 00:01 on 22 January 2013 and closing at 23:59 on 3 March 2013, entrants who like or have previously liked the Halifax Facebook page may enter any or all of the 41 daily prize draws, with the chance to win one prize of £100 worth of Love2Shop vouchers in each prize draw.
The Halifax Facebook Love2Shop £100 vouchers Promotion application is accessible through Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/halifax/
Third party service providers are used to enable us to provide our applications.

• This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants need to be registered users of Facebook and must like or have previously liked the Halifax Facebook page.
• To participate in the Promotion, during each entry period an entrant must submit their name and email address. Entry to each prize draw is restricted to one per registered Facebook profile, except where the conditions set out in clause 6 apply.
• An entrant’s email address will be used only to contact them if they are a prize winner.
• After each prize draw has closed, all valid entries received within the entry period will be put forward to a draw. One winning entry will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent adjudicator and awarded a prize of £100 of Love2Shop store vouchers.
• Throughout the Promotion there will be 51 prize draws. There are 51 prizes of £100 of Love2Shop store vouchers to be won in total.
• Entrants can invite their Facebook friends to enter each prize draw. For each invited Facebook friend who subsequently enters a prize draw, the Promoter will award the original entrant with an additional 10 entries into a prize draw within the Promotion.
• Each winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place. If after making reasonable attempts, we are unable to contact a winner, then an alternative winning entry will be drawn at random. The winner will receive their £100 Love2Shop store vouchers in the post.
• After the winner has been notified, their name will be announced on the Halifax Facebook page.
• Winners may be required to participate in future publicity in connection with this Promotion.
• The prize is not transferable and must not be offered for sale, donation or otherwise gifted to any third party. There is no cash alternative.
• The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value (judged in its sole discretion) if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• We will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Promotion. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that may be lost or delayed in transmission.
• We reserve the right to exclude fraudulent, multiple or illegal entries as a result of any (including but not limited to) malicious tampering or other unauthorised intervention which affects or distorts the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the entry process.
• We shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age or other relevant details of prize winners.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to us and not to Facebook.
• By entering this Promotion, the entrant agrees that their activity in the Promotion will be posted to their Facebook wall.
• We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
• The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry to the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This Promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
