Has the first one been received?
Phone and check.
The most recent one may well not have been - it takes a week or so for it to percolate through the system till it's visible at the DWP computers.
Payment on my claim happened IIRC within 3 weeks.0 -

My first ESA claim form went in in September 2009, this was followed up with three more as all seemed to disappear down a black hole. Two duplicate MED3's later and I received my first giro in the February 2010!
It had to be done clerically as the computer system simply couldn't cope, so they told me. It was still a clerical claim up until September 2012 when they stopped it. Every time I telephoned they couldn't tell me anything as there was nothing on their screen.0 -
Thanks for your replies. Despite having sent in 2 sickness certificates from the doctor my daughter has received no payment yet. It is just 3 weeks now. If the doctor stops issuing sickness certificates will my daughter have to apply for JSA?Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0
