Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of Macdonald Hotels, MUSTO; their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Draw closes 28.02.13. No purchase necessary. All entries become the sole property of the Promoter and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 2 x 2 night breaks, each break is for 2 adults staying 2 nights at a Macdonald Hotels property situated on the UK mainland of the winner’s choice. Stay is based on two adults sharing standard rooms on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. Prize is available from March 2013 - December 2013. Prize is strictly subject to availability and cannot be used during peak periods i.e. Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve. Additional date exclusions may apply. All travel and accommodation are at winner’s and travel companion’s risk. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Prize break is strictly subject to availability. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value. Two winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 28.02.13 and notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
