i got involved with an idiot but my current.partner takes care of me properly. i cant get a lodger my ex wont let medo that. i cant keep it in my name alone.ive known my.bf years hes not gunna do the same0

Yes you have certain rights, so does the other person on the mortgage and deeds. You really need to get a handle on what the legal position is.

Do you have a solicitor? If not get one
You handed him half your house its not going to be easy getting it back
If you do go ahead and let someone else take have your house get good paperwork done first to protect yourself0 -
