First of all I hope this is the right place for this post, sorry if its not.
I booked a return flight for me and my girlfriend using opodo on thursday. The cost was £305.20 + £5 booking fee each so total £620.40.
I have just checked my online banking (santander) and the airline themselves (air Seychelles) have taken 2 payments of £305.20 and my available balance is £620.40 less than my current balance, I can only assume opodo are taking that amount out tomorrow and I am now overdrawn by nearly £400.
To top it off I have money coming out of my account tomorrow for bills.
I only authorized opodo to take £620.40 from my account and I didn't authorize the airline to take anything. Am I liable to pay all the overdraft fees? Who do I contact to get the money they've basically stolen from me?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

It is possible the money has been "earmarked" (reserved) twice (through some computer malfunctioning ?) but will be taken out just once (as agreed) and the second reserve will fall off.
Contact your bank and explain the error (as not to bounce your payments due on Monday) then contact Opodo and let them sort it out.

Have just come to the end of nearly 4 weeks of arguing with opodo about this happening to me. They took the commission for the flight twice and when I tried to bring it to their attention, they wouldnt even open a case until I showed them my bank statements. In the end I was able to claim sec 75 with my credit card company and have just got my money back. I have asked for money to cover the interest, cost of phone calls and time, and now they want me to submit itemised phone bills, statements etc all over again, to prove it has cost me £13 and god knows how many hours to sort this out. The flights cost £600 so I dont think it is an unreasonable amount to ask for.
I will never use opodo again0
