Sometimes you need to do a Factory Reset on the printer itself (from its on-screen menu) and then re-install. Sounds like the IP Address or some other networking element is not working. I've seen this happen on the Epson SX range for example.

IF this doesn't work, you might want reinstall the drivers. Sometimes the software CDs that come with the hardware don't install the correct/latest drivers.

    What make/model is the printer?
I love adventures. Unfortunately, I don't get to go on them nearly enough. My simple solution? - To indulge in the digital artefacts of the adventures of others. Feel free to indulge in them with me.

Is the printer itself actually connected to the wifi network and showing as healthy?

A friend asked me about a similar problem recently, their HP printer has a button under the wifi light that put it on and off line for wireless printing, it was "off".

Just a shot in the dark but turn off your router & then turn back on and see if that helps. Had problems with iPad & HP printer last week and in desperation turned off router for a couple of minutes and it solved the problem.
