Feedback revision - can you revise DSR Stars?

Options
Hi All,

I had a negative feedback recently saying an item didnt work and I hadnt responded to the buyer's message... I was surprised and couldnt find any messages.

I contacted the buyer, gave them a full refund and they have revised their feedback to positive :j

I can see that I still have a 2 low DSR stars for this month - can buyers revise the stars when they also revise the feedback?

How can I tell if the low rating is from this buyer?

Thanks,

Gary.

When they revise their feedback they get the option to revise their stars. If the feedback shows now as green, then if they revised the stars, they will show in 24-48hrs or maybe a little longer.

You need to run reports to find out who your low star leaver is.
  • Thanks, so they may have revised the stars but it isn't up to date. Will see in a couple of days then.

    Thanks again

    Click on view your dashboard.
At bottom left select Detailed seller rating reports
    Click on create report
At top select ' item numbers'
Enter the item numbers of at least 10 of your sales and create report.
If the report does not show 5 stars across all 4 categories, redo with new item numbers until you get the five stars.
Save these numbers as they are your bench mark.
Now add to these ten, the item number of the sale where you suspect you have been left low stars and run a report. You will then see what stars this last item number attracted.

Under no circumstances should you contact your buyer about the stars they have left. Use the information to see where you went wrong, and try and correct.

    It is in the dropdown.

I did it by date range, which was enough to confirm looking at my sales which buyer it was.

In my case the buyer I refunded changed their feedback to positive but left the stars - the stars are pre-filled with what the buyer originally chose so they didnt update them and I still have the low stars... I guess all I can do is point this out to others in the future.

    Gary.
