    OP try not to worry to much, going forward perhaps an email could be used as backup to hard copy letters being sent.

    and just throw your self on the sword.
    and admit you made a mistake and offer to pay it back.

    i know of people who have recieved a caution in regards to these matters. But they are rare

    And bank statements. As much bumf as you can get together. Don't give them a chance to back you into a corner. If you have all the facts to hand you should be okay as long as you don't make peurile excuses. :cool:

    Got to be honest, it doesn't look great, as this is the second overpayment. OP, you need to either get a grip of your finances or get someone else to deal with them for you.
