Been looking at getting a new car and have seen buyacar.co.uk are they good to use?

They seem to give very good discounts up to 6k.

Anyone used them?

There is at least one thread on this company already.

All my check sites show i have already looked them up. So there is a post somewhere.

  • The company do have a problem with communication. However Vauxhall Mokka ordered in May arrived on a trailer in December without blemish, and only 2miles on the clock.
Delivery was no longer than that from a main dealer, however the main dealer would tell you this upfront. However in Buyacar's favour they told me a sunroof was available when the dealer said it was not!
The registration documents arrived 8 weeks after I received the car, but again all in order.
I can understand criticism because we were only drip fed information about yet another delay; I made may calls! However My doubts have been completely allayed and I would definitely buy with them again. One aspect in particular is that when you have the car they give you 7 days 200 miles to decide that you like it, or give you a full refund - tell me of one main dealer that will do that!:j

Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
