Can't send a file to USB drive as it's too large, despite numbers not adding up

hard disks are better, why do you need it all on a stick? boot cd and usb disk are better way of doing it if you have a dvd drive.
how big is the flash drive, how big is the acronis backup?
what type of bootable stick are you creating, linux, or windows pe
does the flash drive boot at all after making it bootable with acronis?
dont see why you cant format a disk drive, provided you don't want any data on it.
Flash drive is 16GB. Acronis backup is 13.6GB
No idea what type of stick i'm creating. One through Acronis is all i know. I did create a bootable CD which works, but i want it all on USB stick.0 -
if you create the bootable usb using the acronis utility, does it boot?

Haven't tested it out as just a boot stick alone yet.

no point going any further if the key doesn't boot.!!

I can confirm - when just making bootable media & selecting the USB stick, it starts up the Acronis Loader no problem when booting to the USB stick.0

copying files to the stick should make no difference, provided they fit!!
