Bank refunded charges then charged me again

I'm with Barclays, and managed to get charges of £56.00 refunded to my account, but now I have noticed £21 has been taken out of my account by Barclays, and the description says commission? commission? has anyone had their charges refunded and then mad money then taken out.
Very annoyed at the moment.

I would imagine lots of people have been charged, had a refund as a goodwill gesture but gone on again to create another charging event.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Commission is likely to be overdraft interest, rather than any further fees (especially with the odd amount).
Check your previous statement to see if there is any mention of this. As it's not a specific 'charge' this may have been overlooked by both you and the person refunding, you might get it back if you ask but don't rely on it.0
