how long before the hearing?

Hi folks. I wonder if someone can tell me how long they have had to wait for an ESA appeal hearing?
I used to get DLA at middle for care and high for mobilising, ESA support group & my wife used to claim as my carer and we got pension credit.
I failed my ESA assessment with no points back in July last year, then in October last year they took away all of my DLA saying that I wasn't entitled any more as I had failed my ESA test.
I appealed the ESA test in September last year.
Pension credit upped the loss of the ESA, but they reduced the weekly amount by about £140. So what with that loss of £140 a week and the DLA of about £110 a week, things are very hard.
If someone is able to give me an idea of how much longer I have to wait I'll be happy. Hopefully I will win when I show the judge my evidence and prove that there has been no change in my health and then I will be able to put in another claim for the DLA that they took off me.

Put in a new claim for DLA immediately.
Make a late appeal of the decision to end your DLA.

Include with the new DLA application all the evidence you have that your condition has not changed.
Do not wait for the outcome of the ESA tribunal.
Have the DWP sent your appeal to the tribunals sercice?
You would have had a letter from the tribunals service asking if you wished to attend in person.

Hi Roger. Thanks for replying. Why should I put in the claim now? They took it away because I failed the ESA test and at the moment I haven't proved that I should have ESA. Won't they just knock me back for a new claim for the same reason they did for the other one?
Don't you get a month to appeal? Don't I have to give them a good enough excuse why I didn't appeal before now? The evidence I have I was going to keep for the ESA hearing. Doesn't it have to be different evidence? Doesn't it have to be showing what my needs are and mobility problems, not what descriptors I am claiming for in ESA? I don't know I haven't heard a thing as yet.
