Hiya, after posting my question i found a TEMPORARY unlock code for my E530:

Type *#9998*3323#

i've done this and it works - how long for though I'm not sure but it's worth a try! i believe it will need redoing every time you change the sim...

hi,

you need an unlocking cable and a credit to unlock your phone with the TMS server.

find the cheapest price for these then pm me and i'ii get you them cheaper.

I have put in the code #*7337# for the samsung d500 but nothing happens.Am I suppose to press one of the other buttons after i have entered the code? This is when I have no sim card in at all.
When I put another sim card in the the phone and turn it on, then try to enter the code, as soon as I press the # button, it says "password to short" then goes back to "enter sim" Can someone help please?

this code only works on the very early ones - it will need direct unlocking

does anyone know what a phone lock code is on a sony ericcson v800?
is there a code that can been used to get passed this?
it was previously on virgin and i want to unlock it.

Samsung X450 (also works on samsung E810 - tested by wacko911)
1) note handset imei
2) insert the card you want to use in your handset and switch on
3) at wrong card enter *2767*688xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx#
(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx = handset imei number)
4) after reboot your sim will work, BUT not after power down

now the trick:

5) enter *0141#
6) press call (green) button
7) now simlock updated to current network

After I used these instructions in a vodafone samsung E810 it now asks for a simlock password would it be possible for you to give me one of these the imei is 35362200079991/004
