I rang up orange to get it unlocked and they quoted me £20 so then I rang O2 to say I was leaving them to joined orange because my stupid new phone is locked to it and I didn't want to pay £20 to unlock it so they said they would put £10 towards it if I stayed with them so I said yes so now it is only costing me £10 but I am stuck with my Nokia 6020 until orange email me with an unlocking key:T

What software is used just out of curiousity? I assume the hardware is just a data cable?

It is possible but not by free code,you would be best to take it to a unlocking shop as these are pretty tricky to unlock.

No free unlock, needs to be unlocked with an unlocking clip, shop/market stall.

Not by free code I'm afraid, either at a car boot ot throgh the vodacode database.
