why does it say no service? is your virgin sim working? or is phone faulty?
virgin will give you the code if you have spent enough on credit, otherwise its direct unlock

It looks like the phone has a faulty antenna, which after doing some research on the web is a common thing with the v3.

I have seen online that people are claiming to be able to unclock the Siemens CX65 for a fee. Is there a free alternative please? Phone is currently locked to Orange.

Sorry, not by remote codes, you will have to take it to a pro unlocker.
