Collect Plus

I sent back a mobile phone to Orange using Collect Plus. It is tracked as collected by courier on 7th January but apparently hasn't moved since then. I've emailed and phoned Collect Plus every day for a week to try to get information and each time I'm assured they will get back to me within 24 hours, but they never do.
Has anyone any other contact information so I can try to resolve this as the deadline for returning the phone is imminent. I understand it should have gone to the depot at Enfield but I have no way of knowing whether it arrived there or was lost or stolen en route.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

If anyone has the latest email for real help at Collect plus please post it for the OP. I should know...........
Check my rantings out on the cheap parcel discussion about Collect+ on this board. (At the current last pages.) They took nearly 3 weeks to get a parcel to Perth in Scotland, and when it arrived, it was smashed beyond belief. I'm currently assembling a claim against them, and if they fail to pay, I may well issue small claims court action against them.
As for their tracking, it's a bloody disgrace. I have e.mailed Watchdog about Collect+, and would suggest you do the same. They use HDNL to ship the goods, so I'm guessing they are just a middleman. I have had 37 years in transport, and have NEVER came across a shambolic outfit as bad as them.That's my mutt in the picture above.0 -
