ESA Home Visit help

Hi

I have been waiting to have a atos home visit after being deemed a fire hazard at my not so local medical center. But today i received a letter from atos saying my appointment for the 21/01/2013 has been canceled. I did not even know i had an appointment for this date as i have had no letter or phone call giving me any date or time.
My question is do they just turn up or do atos have to give you a time and a date as i am worried i am going to miss this appointment and i have already missed one as they did not read my esa50 questionaire and turned up while i was at the hospital.
Any help would be appreciated and im really getting myself worked up worrying about this now

Thanks

They would normally notify you of an appt in advance - perhaps the letter got lost in the Christmas post? Give them a call to rearrange.

It is also possible they have decided they do not need to see you in order to assess your disability.
You will need to phone them alas to work this out.
