Has anyone had their flat roof covered with this EPDM rubber material, how much does it cost roughly and how can i tell if my flat roof is safe to walk on?

I had a flat roof fitted with EPDM last year it was 33 metres squared with all the edging and gutters replaced as well and the bill was £3000 which compared well with the old fashioned felt quotes i had.They completed the job with minimal mess in a day and a half.It comes with a 20 year guarantee but an expected life of over 40 years apparently.I dont know if this helps as you didnt give the size of your roof.0
