Help with HSBC

I have two accounts with HSBC. I have a Home Management And Current account. All charges for both accounts come out of current account. I am unsure other than, charges for letters and stopped s.o.what I can claim for. There are some charges called total charges can I claim for these, also can I claim back all charges from the Home Management account as these are not broken down.
Please someone out there help, I am completely flumaxed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
