The Promoter
1. The promoter of this Lucky Draw is ZTE with a business address at: No. 55, Hi-tech Road South, ShenZhen, P.R.China 518057 (the "Promoter").
Eligibility
2. This Lucky Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over only.
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Lucky Draw are not eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prize
6. Bali Escape:
One (1) trip for two peopel to Bali for three (3) nights in a five (5)-star hotel, including airfare plus airport transfer and a ZTE Grand X phone.
7. The Prizes carry no cash alternative in whole or in part, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by ZTE.The prize only includes a three (3) -night stay at a five(5)-star hotel. For the avoidance of doubt, the prizes do not consist of anything other than expressly set out in Term 5 above and no additional costs are included. The Winner is responsible for all costs of arranging transportation, obtaining the necessary travel documentation and arranging travel insurance to Bali.
9. Winner can choose dates of travels, subject to availability. ZTE will book the trip for the winner, once the winner has provided ZTE with their chosen travel dates. Once confirmed, travel arrangements cannot be changed.
10. The dates of the Winner's three- night stay is subject to availability at the 5-star hotel. The winner has to take the trip before June 30, 2013 and give ZTE notice at least one month earlier than departure.
Lucky Draw Period
11. The Lucky Draw is open from midnight 24/12/2012 until the 20/01/2013.

You don,t have to enter if you don,t think it,s a prize worth taking, and thanks for not clicking my "Thanks" button. I know I have pulled people up on this before, but it,s only manners to thank someone for a service. If I hold a door open for someone, I expect them to say thanks and clicking the thanks button for helpful posts isn,t a lot to ask is it?

Am I be overly doubtful seeing where the promoter is based? What do they hope to gain from the entries?

If I win return flights + a 3 night hotel stay to any long haul destination I would happily pay for extra nights in a hotel to extend my stay.

Generally any holiday prize doesn't include everything you want/need and you'll need to use some of your own money for certain things like getting to the airport, refreshments, meals not included, excursions etc.

Does seem odd to only offer 3 nights for a long haul holiday. Still a great prize. If I win I hope they let me pay for some extra nights as it isn't a holiday I could afford.

No need to be doubtful - they're a proper company

They make handsets and mobile broadband devices which are often repackaged under the network providers names.
(I'm a mobile device tester and some of the T-Mobile and Orange devices are made by ZTE)
