Vodafone invoice not including discount!

Hi, I upgraded to an iPhone 5 on Dec 18th and also took out a new Samsung galaxy s3 with a new line and contract as part of the whole deal in arranging a discount on the iPhone
When the sales person at Vodafone was listing the tariffs I said the monthly cost was in my budget but paying £109 for the phone when i can get a much cheaper deal at phones4u wasn't. So he quickly offered me the phone at £19 as I have been with Vodafone for so long and have 3 and now 4 phones with them.
We agreed the deal and I got the phones sent to me.... An invoice followed for the iPhone showing the full price for buying the phone! £109 plus £4 postage!
I have called Vodafone to contest this and request a listen back of the recorded conversation of that deal.
They responded a couple of days later. The lady was insisting that they have played it back and are happy there was no discount arranged and that I was allowed to return the phone and re negotiate a deal, or keep it as is!
Flabbergasted I insisted on hearing the recording as requested and within my rights to find the truth of what happened. She declined me the right to this saying I had to give her a decision first before I was "allowed to hear it"...
I asked for her manager, she refused, I asked again for the recording, she again refused and gave me a deadline of 21st January to decide what to do, but still refused me the recording!
I called back to speak to someone else who gave me all the names of those involved in dealing with me including the sales guy who did the deal.
I then went into a Vodafone shop the next day and they let me call head office to get it sorted as they were powerless to do anything.
The person on the phone told me the same response, however this time she told me the recording had an error and could not be listened to so therefore they can't take my word for it and we're insisting on full payment!
So you see they can't even get the story straight, the First Lady told me they had listened to the encoding to make their decision!
I have written note evidence of the deal he was offering and the deal we did on both phones on the day but nothing else.
What are my rights as I want to return both phones I bought on the day at the same time as one deal!
They are ok for me to return the iPhone but not the Samsung galaxy s3 as they say it is not faulty and out of the 7 day period.... So is the iPhone!
They are also not telling me about any return fees or costs!
I have since requested a PAC code for the iPhone number as I have bought it elsewhere and cheaper too!
My intention is to move all my phones to another company, but I need to resolve this first.
What can I do, please help...
