So Paul reported this poster 24 hours ago, ( and likely many others also) and he's still posting the rubbish.

Surely if MODS can't deal with abuse reports in a timely manner, they need either

1. More MODS
2. More powers for Board Guides ( and likely more BG also)
3. Some automatic limits / restrictions on new members - restricting number of posts or ability to include links
