Hi..Could I reclaim my H.S.B.C bank charges..I have a list of all my charges from the bank for the period between 2004-2009,totaling £600..I requested the list back in late 2009 but I never persued claiming them back.Any advice please?thanks

No. That is long gone. However, you can ask your bank if they will consider refunding charges. Typically, they will consider current hardship cases and first time mistakes.I have a list of all my charges from the bank for the period between 2004-2009,totaling £600..I requested the list back in late 2009 but I never persued claiming them back.Any advice please?
As the charges are historical, then there is little chance of them refunding those as it clearly isnt a first time error and its not current hardship.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
