    What sort of rights do you mean? If you mean parental rights as in what your rights are if you and your partner have split then I found that Families Need Fathers was a good site. (https://www.fnf.org.uk). Obviously its a little slanted towards fathers but what they say is very trues and imformative.

    There's also quite a few people on this board who are very knowledgable too.
