You are trying to install an unvented hot water storage tank / combination boiler hybrid. You must be Corgi registered plus G3 registered to do both. You must also have notified building controls in advance of the installation. Corgi and building controls must be notified after the installation.

Are you any of these things and have you done any of these things?

An unvented exposion will take out both your house and both your neighbours, which it might do if installed incorrectly.

Corgi daft rules pop up again, you dont have to be Corgi registered to install your own gas boiler:shocked: , but not advisable to do so. Corgi realy do need to change these daft rules.
If the OP is having problem installing the tundish, then you shouldn't be installing the boiler imo.

But for the unvented you do need to be registered.

    Hello paulkng1

    Welcome to the MSE site.

Just a reminder about the message at the top of the board:

Announcement: Warning! Always use a professional for gas maintenance and complex electrical repairs. Being safe is more important than MoneySaving.
