Who cleans your outside windows?

Do you pay for a window cleaner and if so, how often and how much does it cost?
I stopped mine 12 months ago (along with the wheelie bin washer and grass cutter) to help pay off my debt and have been doing everything myself. Saving £32.50 a month in total = @ £400 per year.
But, the upstairs outside windows are really difficult to do from the inside and even the outside ones I've only done 3 times in 12 months!
So, should I get a window cleaner back and see approx. £7.50 a month added to my monthly outgoings?
I'm going to keep with the grass cutting as it's good exercise and DS helps out as part of getting his £2 pocket money
