in Techie Stuff
Just had a phone conversation with a friend who is having problems with her lappy.When she boots up no icons or taskbar appear on the screen.Also the mouse doesn`t work.any ideas please???????

They maybe hidden.
Ask her to right click on her desktop
Go to 'Arrange Icons by'
Make sure that 'Show Desktop Icons' has a tick next to it. If not the tell her to click on it.
*Thats if you can get the mouse working*0
