I know that this is very much dependent on where you live and every jobs different but there must be some reasonable guesses at how much tradesman should eb charging per hour.
Can people fill in the blanks?
Electrician £x call out and £x-£x per hour?
Plasterer £x per metre squared?
Tiler £x per metre squared
Labourer £x per hour
Gas engineer £x call out and £x per hour
PLumber £x per hour
Many thanks,

Where I am on outskirts of London the plumber/gas engineer I use has an hourly rate of £50, but obviously if a bigger job he prices per job rather than by the hour.
The electrician I use prices by job, not the hourly rate. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
I don't charge a call out. I charge £35-£40 for the first hour - this includes a small amount of materials.(new socket / pendant set etc)
These rates apply mon-fri . I prefer not to work weekends.
I should add the price above is for me and an apprentice.baldly going on...0 -

Ha - I read your name as 'badelectrician' - I was a bit concerned at first!0 -
My electrician (Suffolk) is £25 an hour. The other tradesman I am using currently (house renovation) charge per job.0
