    well done

there are no fees further fees to add to this account as they cant charge for the visit when he clamped the car or for the visit for removing the clamp

if you have a phone that records try and capture the bailiff removing the clamp because he wont be a happy bailiff
I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

  • haha this guy was quick! was sat in the front room waiting for him, went to the toilet came back 10 mins later I looked out and the clamp had gone. he must of been quick. before he came I asked him to post a letter through with his bill on...he never did this. So i text him asking him to send me a bill within 5 working days otherwise I will assume I owe nothing. Im guessing since he has charged me unlawful charges on his official document he wont have a leg to stand on if he goes to court?

He said he was charging me 80 pound an hour whilst he was at my house watching the car after it was clamped lol. interesting!

I have since wrote my story to the local paper and sent a compaint about the bailiff to the council :)

Thank you very much for your help.
