Following the recent £200k investment the new gym at the Bowfield Hotel & Country Club has been quoted as the ‘Best Hotel Gym in Scotland’. The new gym boasts 19 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, fully loaded with TV monitors, iPod docking stations and built in Personal Trainers. There are also eight pieces of multi-functional resistance equipment designed to work all areas of the body, Power Plate and an extension to the gym which houses the new functional area with a wide range of kit to add variety to your work out.
You will also love the complimentary bottled water and a choice of fresh fruit for every visit. There is also free Wifi within the gym for the busy executive, iTunes playlists on the Mac PC to allow gym users to select their own music whilst working out.
