I order a personalised mug for the OH, not only was the writing missing off it but it was also broken when I received it.

I tried ringing their customer service line but the message said the office was closed due to bad weather, and to ring back on Monday. I have filled in the customer service form to note my claim but what are the chances of them replacing the gift? Or me getting a refund? I just want the replacement to be honest as I put a lot of thought into the gift.

I hope so, it's the first time I have used them. I know many people have used it with no problems, I just hope it gets here by next weekend?!

Funky pigeon is one of the better sites, we use it all the time.

I use them all the time. Once, a card and gift card didn't arrive. They refunded me quickly and without dispute. I'm sure they will replace. I sent them an email and got a reply very quickly.

I got an e-mail from them saying they will refund me. So all is well again. Maybe I should be annoyed with Royal Mail for breaking it too. Grr.

Some branches of asda can offer photo mugs instore, which might be of use.
