Does anyone know if it affects your credit rating for bank accounts & credit cards when you are not a homeowner, & how do lenders know who the home owner is at an address or rented property, Thanks

First of all, they ask you. The information is available from Land Registry, but I don't know whether they check it.& how do lenders know who the home owner is at an address or rented property0 -
