Should it not be resolved after following all closed's advice above, run AdwCleaner.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
Should it still not be resolved after that, post a DDS log.
Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:
Link
After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:- Double click DDS to run it.
- When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
- DDS.txt
- Attach.txt
Save both reports to your desktop.
Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)0 -

Mbam has detected Relevant Knowledge as a PUP/Adware before.0

[STRIKE]Why ? the point is where did the OP get it from and what did they click on, I have used calibre since I bought my sony prs and have never had any of these symptoms. The point really is where did they get whatever they got from and what did they click on when installing. Uninstalling calibre will not get rid of the crap they have clicked on, not really good advice per se.[/STRIKE] Yes get gid of relevant knowledge see below:ouninstall the latter.
