    That was one case I was thinking about.

    If the dad was on morphine or any other major pain-killer, I think medical advice would be that he was not legally able to make a new will.

    I am very concerned that a widow should lose all the personal effects of her current husband; I cannot think a court would support that and legal pressure might work without going to court.

    What does the son by the first marriage think (is this his full sister)
