Appoligies if this is the wrong part of the char forums for thia to be posyed. Please feel free to move me if ive put it in the wrong place.
My friend told me today thats shes had central heatig put inot her own home and it was paid for or contributed to by a grant as she is on a low income. Can anyone please give me any info on this or point me in the right direction to see if this is correct.
