1. Prize Draw entry
1.1 The prize draw is only open to the survey participants and is not open to The Lady employees, contractors or their family members.
1.2 To enter the competition you must be a reader of The Lady or a subscriber.
1.3 Entry into the prize draw is free and only one entry per person will be accepted.
1.4 The closing date of the prize draw will be within 7 working days of the survey closing date.
2. The prizes
2.1 Subject to clause 2.4 the prizes for the draw will be 4 X £100 John Lewis gift cards.
2.2 The winners will be randomly drawn within 7 working days of the survey closing date.
2.3 The prize winners will be notified by email or telephone within 7 working days of the closing date.
2.4 If for any reason a winner of the prize does not accept the prize or is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected.
2.5 The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable.
3. Privacy
All details of prize draw entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Data Protection Act and The Lady’s Privacy Policy. A copy of this policy can be found on our website at: http://www.lady.co.uk/terms-conditions

Survey is about your magazine/newspaper reading habits and in particular asks what you enjoy about various features of The Lady magazine. I have never read it so decided not to fill in survey.
Had to chuckle at the question about whether you employ household staff such as butler, nanny, chauffeur etc!!!!0 -
