Conference call help needed

Calling anyone who is used to conference calls, please!
I'm supposed to be having an important conference call later today with 5 other people from another company. I assumed I would host the call via Skype, which is how I usually do them.
However, when I emailed to ask if the other participants were all using one line, or separate lines (I haven't been given any contact numbers), this question wasn't answered and instead I was just sent an Outlook invitation to a conference call. At the bottom of the invite, is:
Dial-in : +33**********
Participant : *******#
Does this mean they're hosting the call and I just need to dial that number at the appropriate time? No-one has asked for my number, and no-one seems to be answering my questions!
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes, you need to replace the + with a 00 as it is an international call.
Most multinational companies tend to have contracts with teleconferencing companies that provide numbers for every country thus avoiding international calling costs for the participants. May be worth asking if they have a UK number for that conference system0 -
That's great, thank you so much!

Although just now, someone has emailed me saying "what number are we to use for the conference call?" and yet his boss is the one who send the email with the dial in number above, so I presume they're just not communicating very well with one another either. I'll dial that number at the right time, and cross my fingers!
Thanks again.
