even though there is no bill showing in your on line account ? On Saver2 and not made a chargeable call with them since 2010 and this random e-mail has turned up. Not heard anything from them since that 2010 bill so very strange.

They've recently changed their online system so that, to access you account, you now have a different url to go through.

    Mine used to be https://secure.planet-talk.co.uk/

    but is now https://myaccount.newcalltelecom.co.uk/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fsecure%2fdefault.aspx
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

How odd. My A/C number and password afford me access to my A/C on both sites (although the old one shows only calls made before 14-10-2012).

I have spent hours hanging on to phone for a reply. Tried a variety of numbers to no avail.
I emailed 2 days ago but not even an acknowledgement.
Emailed bill arrived which I cannot open due to not having a username. Account number used to work.
I get the message that no email address is linked to my account. Duh......how did the bill arrive then!
Can anyone please advise how to get to speak to these people, who must be the most incompetent outfit I've had the misfortune to deal with?
