Renault Clio 07 Reg Light Bulb Change

Hi
Most cars, you can change the head lights and side lights from inside the bonnet. But in this new shape clio, you can't seem to do this.
Any ideas on how I can get it changed? Ive had a google, and I might have to resort to taking the bumper off or the wheel?! Surely not!!

Halfords change bulbs for around six quid.0

Have you looked in the manual?
There are some cars where you do have to take the bumper off to change the bulb. These are usually excluded from Halfords we fit service.

I just googled "bulb change clio 07" and the first few hits confirm that it is a bumper off job0 -
