Alternatively, you could just eat them - good source of protein. :rotfl:0

No wasn't looking for financial compensation. I only wanted to know who 'polices' such things so as to make a complaint. I guess I should have been more clear. Simply accepting free shipping or what have you does not fix the problem, it could easily happen to other people if I do nothing. So I am hoping to let someone know who can look into it.
No, I do not have infested cupboards nor have I ever had any issue with our stored food. This cereal wasn't old anyway we'd only just purchased it. Thank you for your answers I will research environmental health, that's all I wanted to know.:j0 -
Id you report it to Trading Standards/Environmental Health they will investigate - but they may ask you for the product. Did this just happen? Do you still have it?0

In terms of "rights", you have the right to be indemnified for their breach of contract. Given you didnt actually get sick or suffer any loss because of the incident the indemnity would simply be a refund or a replacement tub. Most retailers I expect would go further and give you a voucher for a few pounds etc but that is a gesture of goodwill rather than a "right"0 -
Probably in breach of labelling regs.
Unlikely to had listed maggots in the ingredients section.0 -

"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
