The sun is shining still :j
We all know that the big changes can make an instant difference to our finances, eg cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky or the gym membership.
But once we have done all the bigger stuff it is sometimes hard to realise that we are still doing DFW stuff each and every day! They may be small things but they are so important!
So, be proud of those small steps that you are taking today and let us all know what you are doing to help you become Debt Free :T
Today I will be:
- doing 3 mystery shops as part of my marathon mystery shop mission
- having a NSD except for mystery shop expenses which will get refunded
- putting something on ebay
- enjoying the sun for free
- Making a list of neices/nephews birthdays etc so I know what I still need to buy in the way of for presents for them and for Christmas (have a load already in the cupboard)
Have a good day everyone x

Today I have
- done my "accounts" for next month, working out what we still owe and what is to pay

Also I'm wishing for some sunshine. It's much nicer being poor when you can be poor outside in the sunshine!! Noticing that the other posters wishing for heat are also in the northeast - are we the only place that spring hasn't reached?0 -
today i have/will ~
* been shopping
* made pasta for lunch boxes
* piggy clicks/comps
* dug out my old hayfever tabs instead of buying more0 -
I've not done very much today, but I have
- had lunch at mums
- finished off mowing the lawn
- drying clothes on the line
- piggy comps and clicks
- checked there's enough money in the bank to cover this weeks DD's0 -
Oh dear. Not a very good day for me today. All I have really managed to do is:
* Piggy comps & QuidCo searches
* Plan a frugal meal planner for the week
* Ask neighbour if I could use their washing machine to spin washing as our machine has just died when it should have been spinning....so saved a trip to the launderette.
* Listed above washing machine on freecycle for spares or repair! (BF works for a washing machine manufacturer so we're hoping we can get a new one for heavily discounted price...keep fingers crossed, we'll find out tomorrow!)
* Used free texts all weekend which I qualified for in the week.
* Had 2 shirts taken in for free by BF's Mum - has saved me paying someone to do that (the shirts were a bargain at £2 each as well and now they will be perfectly tailored!)
That's it. Not a lot really is it? :rolleyes:Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly
