Thanks Molanole for starting this thread again; hope it will keep me on the straight & narrow!
This week my goals are:
1) Take a home made lunch to work every day/have school dinners when provided= basically NO paying for food during the day!
2) Do not spend more than £30 this week- have done food shop, lockers at gym are 20p so that's only about £1, might need petrol though, but have 3p off every litre coupon
3) Tidy room so I can see floor & find things easier :rotfl:
4) Send letters for change of address!! (Typed up just waiting for envelopes & posting!)
5) Count up change & pay it off Barclaycard
Have a good week everyone!!Married my wonderful husband February 2013!:happyhearI want to wear my beautiful wedding dress everyday- it would make shopping so much more fun, I mean, people go shopping in their pyjamas these days.......Must STOP spending!!!Proud to be dealing with my debts!0 -

This is a good idea, its an overview, complements hypno's daily thread. This week is a bit exceptional for me: my mother's coming to visit on Friday, for the first time ever, so the whole week is housework. Thats a foreign territory. I have a list for each room. Today is the living room, which I've already started yesterday, but I didn't finish yesterday's room, so its still the same amount of work. And thats it for this week!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well done for starting this thread again Malanole. I need to organise myself and I am feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment. So babysteps are needed I think.
1. do all the ironing (this in itself will make my life easier, as there is nothing left in anyone's wardrobe, and finding clothes in the morning is hard work!)Half of it done yesterday - will try and get the rest done this evening.
2. Clean out kitchen cupboards, sort out what food I have/not got and make a meal plan and shop effectively. Again this should make my life a litte easier this week.Didn't do the cupboards, but shopped online this morning and its coming tomorrow. I might clean out cupboards tomorrow evening and then plan next weeks meals!
3. Go to the gym twice - if I have not been twice by the end of this week, I will cancel my membership. I have hardly been since being pregnant with the little one and that is nearly two years. Not very moneysaving! Plus I am doing race for life and have done NO training. have made no attempt yet
4. Keep a spending diary and stick to my budget.am keeping spending diary but not stuck to budget YET!
5. Watch less TV - aids procrastination!!!! something I am good at.ummmmmmm - aids ironing unfortunately
I had to do myself an update to keep me going!:rotfl:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
